Regular Business hours: M-F 8:00a-5p (*after hours available ad lib on individual basis per signed agreement/contract). RNPAS does NOT offer nor provide Emergency Phone/Email/Text After-Hours On-Call Service. Emails/Texts/Voice messages will be returned promptly same day. Any after-hour Email/Text/Voice message will be returned by 10am the following business day. RNPAS works with their clients on an individualized and personalized case-by-case basis and does not guarantee they will be able to assist with every situation but is dedicated to helping finding an agency that will be able to help.
